Substitutions of enrolled delegates is acceptable. Should you be unable to attend for any reason, please inform us IN WRITING up to one week prior to the start of the conference. A credit for another CITE conference will be issued for cancellations received within this time frame. A $250 fee will apply to cancellations within 72 business hours of the conference start date. "No-Shows" will be charged as attendees.
