BILL GREEN is the Executive Director of the Council for International Tax Education (CITE, Inc), a non-profit educational institution involved in conducting continuing education seminars for lawyers and accountants. Mr. Green also acts as Director - International Tax for Funaro & Co., PC, an accounting firm in New York City. Mr. Green is a practicing tax attorney, specializing in export and cross-border tax planning and compliance matters for U.S. and foreign- based multinationals. Bill also worked with KMG/KPMG in New York and as Director, International Taxes, at Sperry Corp. and CPC International, Inc. Since 1986, Mr. Green has served on the CITE Board of Advisors, and he is a Director of the International Tax Institute, Inc., in New York City. Mr. Green is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Federal District Court (Southern and Eastern District) in New York. He graduated with a BA from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a JD from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, MA. Mr. Green is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and a member of the Committee on US Taxation of Foreign Taxpayers and the Committee on US Taxation of Foreign Activities of US Taxpayers of the New York State and American Bar Associations. Bill is a Sustaining Member of the NYS Bar Association.
