Q: How do I register for a CITE Conference?

A: There are many ways to register for a CITE conference, accessible from any
area of the CITE Website. The course calendars all provide links to the conference
pages in which you will find a link to register for that particular course. All upcoming
meetings have register links on the homepage as well. Click on a conference's title, and
then follow the link to register. You can also call us at 914-328-5656, or send an e-mail
to info@citeusa.org.


Q: My login information is correct, but I cannot login to the Members Area.
     What do I do?

A: Please note that the Username filed is case sensitive. A name of johndoe
is different than JOHNDOE, or JoHndoE. Please be sure caps-lock is turned
off, and that your password is correct. Also beware of any trailing spaces,
and that the Username is your FULL email address, including the @ sign
and your domain. (ex: fullemailname@yahoo.com).Your password is
your CITE Member ID Number.

Q: I am a CITE Member, how do I get the $100 discount when registering online?

A: First, you need to be logged in as a CITE Member. Following
the login link will take you to the login page. Once you login, you will
remain logged in until your browser is closed. Therefore, after logging in,
you can click your "BACK" button until you get back to the registration
page of the desired conference. You can also use the navigation bar to go to the
course calendar, and follow the links to the conference.


Q: I logged in, but the display box still says "NOT LOGGED IN." What do I do?

A: If you were successfully logged in, press your browser's "REFRESH" button,
or press F5 on the top of the keyboard. This will re-load the page,
and re-run the member check. The message should now read
"Member Verified." If this does not work, please contact the webmaster.


Q: Why does the price in the box not reflect the $100 discount?

A: Because of how the page calculates its pricing, it may be necessary to
click on the "PAGE 2" button in order for the price to be adjusted. You should
see the correct price on the next page.
If the price is still not correct, then there is a problem with the page.

A: You can register with us as a member in a few different ways.
